As a receptionist at Boutique Hotel De Doelen you will have many different shifts: you will work during the day, in the afternoon, in the evening or at night. This means that you have a great sense of responsibility and want to provide our guests with the best service.

You check guests in and out, take care of reservations and help guests with any questions they may have. You know everything about the hotel, from the history of the building to the breakfast times and room facilities. You know the city like no other and can inform guests about the best activities and hotspots. It does not matter to you if you have to tell them in Dutch, English or German, everyone is welcome.

Besides that, you will answer the mail and the phone and you have a lot of contact with the porters during the night. In some situations, you will even be in contact with the police and/or other emergency services. You are not only the centre of the hotel, but also of De Drie Gezusters. There will certainly not be any boring nights!

You will be trained all-round, so that you can work in the mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights. An ideal job to do next to your studies.
